Stress is the way of responding to a human body for any kind of threats or problems. When we feel stressed our body release floods of stress hormones and these cause so many physical changes in the person. A Little stress can give encouragement to fight to the present threat but if the level of stress reaches beyond the comfort zone then this instead of being helpful it develops harmful effects to the mind and the soul of the stressed one.

In this situation, hour long body massage with soothing music, scented candles and oil provide great relief to the stressed person, but if you are in a crowd and want instant relief in the stress then whole body massage is not at all practical. So here we are sharing some of the quick massage moves which you can use in the public places and feel relaxed. In this method, none of the moves requires any special preparation or don’t create any embarrassing situation for you as well.

Headache spots: Massaging on the headache points provide great relief in the headaches. This is situated in the webbing portion of your hand in between the index finger and the thumb. This point is against the hand bone and the pressing at the right spot is the effective solution for the stress. You should grasp the point and squeeze it with opposite hand’s thumb and index finger.

Ears: There are so many disorders are treated by the ear reflexology. Many parts of the body reflect the another part and ears are also one of those body parts. Rubbing ears with your thumb and first two fingers with little strong kneading movements can boost your whole body. You can start from the lobe below and move your fingers to the top of the ears. If you feel nothing for your body but still you ear feel really great.

Jaw circle: On our jaw circle everyone carries a bunches of stress. One of the best way to get relief by moving the fingertips on the centre of the jaw muscle. Slow movements of opening and closing of mouth can enhance the effect as well. you can try the gentle pulling off your chin till your mouth starts opening, it provides great relief to the jaw muscle. In this movement, you can surprise by seeing the stress make you hold the mouth closed so tightly. Don’t feel embarrassed keep your mouth open for few seconds feels amazing.

Eye hooks: Move on this spot feels nicer than it sounds. Keep your thumbs on the upper corner of the eye socket and press gently against the nose bone. You can also move up to the ridge of the eyebrows. This movement for 5 to 10 seconds gives relief to the stress, headache and sinus as well.

Foot: Foot massage gives amazing feeling to everyone but if you are alone and have few minutes then try the point on the bottom of the feet and this will affect the adrenal reflex point and bladder as well. It provides relief in the stress and also stimulates the detoxification at the same time. You can lift up one foot on the opposite knee and slide the thumb in between the heel and the midway of the foot.
