Some quick and simple points to get relief in stress- part 2

I am back with the second part of my last article “Some quick and simple points to get relief in stress- part 1”. As you read in the previous article, there are so many simple tricks by which people can get rid of their stress even in the crowded places. But if you want to help your partner as well to get relief in the same situation, then here I am sharing some of the quick and simple tricks that can give relief and feeling of love towards them.

[if !supportLists]· [endif]Vice grip: A tight grip on the one side shoulder of your partner and turn the head to the opposite side slowly. Hold this position at the extreme end for at least 5-10 seconds and turn back slowly again. You can switch the shoulders and use both of your hands. This vice grip is a great way to reduce major stress in the neck and shoulders as well.

[if !supportLists]· [endif]Scalp circle: Gentle scalp massage can be a nice option to make your partner relieved. You can simply place the fingertips on the scalp of your partner and move them in little circles. Don’t slip the fingers in the hairs but press down the scalp firmly which moves the thin muscles of the scalp and skin as well. After a few seconds, switch the point of the scalp and repeat the moves.

[if !supportLists]· [endif]Head squeeze: This move can look weird but actually it will be a great favour especially when your partner has a headache. Keep your elbows out and press the head with the heels of your hand, use the firm pressure of your hand on the both side of your partner’s head. Give a gentle pressure just in front of the ears and hold for few seconds. Ask him whether he is liking this or not, and discontinue if your partner is feeling uncomfortable. This move is very effective to get relief from a stress headache and hangovers as well.

[if !supportLists]· [endif]Hook the skull: In this move, you have to stand behind and place thumbs on the base of the skull and move them as you are hooking his skull. At the top of his neck dig the muscles by cat pawing movement by your thumbs. The pressure on this spot give a relief to the entire neck and loosen up the stress. But keep in mind that don’t press the spine directly that can cause discomfort to your partner.

These are some key moves which you can give to your partner in the crowded places with ease. you don’t need to make them sleep on the bed and even you don’t to do any kind of preparation for this. I think these simple and quick tricks can give a great relief to your partner and loved ones stressed mood. And after the pleasant massage they can involve with you with great joy.
